Take 2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening).
Note: Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
