Die all-trans-Form ist die natürliche und biologisch aktive Variante von MK-7. Sie macht rund 99 % der Wirksamkeit von Vitamin K aus und wird vom Körper besonders gut aufgenommen.
Vitamin K2 ist empfindlich gegenüber Licht, Sauerstoff und Hitze. Durch Mikroverkapselung wird es vor äußeren Einflüssen geschützt – das verbessert die Stabilität und Haltbarkeit.
Vitamin K1 wirkt hauptsächlich in der Leber und ist für die Blutgerinnung wichtig. Es wird schnell verstoffwechselt. Vitamin K2 (insbesondere MK-7) hat hingegen eine längere Halbwertszeit und bleibt damit länger im Blut.
