Metabol-in-form® Stoffwechselaktivität multi+:
Take 2 capsules daily with meals (ideally 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).*
Darm-in-form Flora® Fibra 5:
Take 2 scoops daily: in the morning and evening, stir 6.4 g powder (= approx. 1 scoop) into at least 200 ml of water.
Omegaform® 375 EPA+ Konzentrat:
Take 2–6 capsules daily with meals and a little liquid.
*Note: Do not exceed a total daily intake of 800 mg EGCG. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or in combination with other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K (if taking anticoagulant medications such as Marcumar®, consult your doctor before use).
