Age-in-form® Longevity complete is an easy-to-take powder that provides a high-dose and broad-spectrum combination of 22 specific active ingredients - including nicotinamide riboside, alpha-ketoglutarate, PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone), betaine and spermidine as well as, for example, curcuminoids, green tea EGCG, resveratrol and quercetin.
Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis and has a function in cell division, while vitamin C supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress - both of which are important for longevity.
The high-quality wheat germ extract has a high spermidine content and zinc is contained as alkaline citrate - just two examples of the scientific quality of FormMed.

Dissolve 1 sachet per day in 250–300 ml of water and drink.
Note: Contains resveratrol: if you are taking any medication, only take this product after consulting a doctor. Contains EGCG: do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
