Age-in-form® Longevity complete is an easy-to-take powder that provides a high-dose and broad-spectrum combination of 22 specific active ingredients - including nicotinamide riboside, alpha-ketoglutarate, PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone), betaine and spermidine as well as, for example, curcuminoids, green tea EGCG, resveratrol and quercetin.
Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis and has a function in cell division, while vitamin C supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress - both of which are important for longevity.

Dissolve 1 stick per day in 250-300 ml of water and drink.
Note: If taking medication, only take in consultation with a doctor. Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, under 18s, on an empty stomach or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
