Carboform® Galactose contains D-(+)-Galactose in high purity. This natural milk sugar component is already in its free form and does not require prior cleavage by the enzyme lactase. Its mild, glucose-like sweetness makes it easy to mix into cold foods such as yogurt or muesli. Top quality is a given with FormMed.

Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) per day either on its own or dissolved in water.
Due to its mild, glucose-like sweetness, it can also be stirred into food (e.g. muesli, yoghurt) and drinks (e.g. coffee, milk).
