The multi+ vital complex provides you with other essential vitamins and minerals. Best quality and special raw materials are naturally ensured in FormMed preparations.

Children (aged 4–6): 1 capsule a day with a meal,
Children (aged 7–14): 2 capsules a day with a meal,
Young people aged 15 and over and adults: 3 capsules a day with a meal.
For young children or those who have difficulty swallowing, the capsules can also be opened and the contents stirred into cold food.
Note: Contains vitamin K: if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g. Marcumar®), only take this product after consulting a doctor.
