In den Sommermonaten kann die körpereigene Produktion von Vitamin D3 theoretisch ausreichen. Dennoch kann eine gezielte Einnahme sinnvoll sein – z. B. bei dunkler Haut, Sonnenschutz, wenig Aufenthalt im Freien oder erhöhtem Bedarf.
Es sollte täglich 1 Kapsel zum Essen mit etwas Flüssigkeit eingenommen werden. Ideal ist eine Hauptmahlzeit, da diese ausreichend Fett enthält, sodass Vitamin D als fettlösliches Vitamin optimal im Darm aufgenommen wird.
MK-7 ist eine sehr stabile und reine Form von Vitamin K2. Sie hat eine deutlich längere Halbwertszeit im Körper als MK-4. Das bedeutet MK-4 wird schneller wieder ausgeschieden. Daher ist MK-7 besonders gut für die tägliche Nahrungsergänzung geeignet. D-form® 2.000 K2+ enthält MK-7 ausschließlich in der besonders bioverfügbaren all-trans-Form.
