B9-form® 400+ is ideal if you want folic acid in a standard dosage. Each capsule contains 400 µg of the vitamin, along with Vitamin B12. The folic acid is provided as premium folic acid Metafolin®, which is directly usable by the body without further conversion. Was ist Metafolin®?

Die Markenrohware Metafolin® liefert Folsäure als 5-Methyltetrahydrofolat (5-MTHF). Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlicher Folsäure muss Metafolin® nicht erst im Körper umgewandelt werden, sondern steht direkt für alle Stoffwechselprozesse zur Verfügung. Das ist besonders wichtig, weil viele Menschen durch genetische Varianten wie MTHFR-Polymorphismen Folsäure nur eingeschränkt in ihre aktive Form umwandeln können

Warum ist Vitamin B12 enthalten?
Vitamin B12 ergänzt Folsäure ideal: Beide Vitamine wirken gemeinsam im Homocystein-Stoffwechsel und tragen bei zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit. Besonders bei unausgewogener Ernährung – z. B. in veganer oder vegetarischer Kost – kann Vitamin B12 zu den kritischen Vitaminen gehören, da es fast ausschließlich in tierischen Lebensmitteln vorkommt.
Ist B9-form® 400+ auf Schadstoffe geprüft?
Ja. Jede Charge von B9-form® 400+ wird im Labor durch die unabhängige GBA Group auf Reinheit und mögliche Verunreinigungen geprüft.
