This scientifically formulated product contains biotin, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal macronutrient metabolism. Together with vitamin B2, biotin also supports the maintenance of normal intestinal mucosa.

Twice a day: Stir 2 g of powder (= approx. 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) into water, milk (not hot) or yoghurt and take with a meal.
Tip: to help the bacteria survive a little better, leave the powder to stand for about 10 minutes after stirring.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
