Darm-in-form Flora® Metabol combines bacteria from 6 bacterial strains, fiber, plant extracts, and vitamins. This scientifically formulated product contains biotin, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal macronutrient metabolism. Together with vitamin B2, biotin also supports the maintenance of normal intestinal mucosa.

Twice a day: stir 2 g of powder (= approx. 1 slightly heaped measuring scoop) into water, milk (not hot) or yoghurt and take with a meal.
To ensure the bacteria survive a little better, leave the powder to stand for approx. 10 minutes after stirring it in.
Note: Contains caffeine (40 mg per daily serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
