Omegaform® 375 EPA+ Concentrate is our gold standard among Omegaform® supplements. It contains the essential long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, with a notably higher EPA content compared to DHA (2:1 ratio). EPA (Eicosapentaensäure) ist eine langkettige Omega-3-Fettsäure, die an verschiedenen physiologischen Prozessen beteiligt ist, z. B. bei der Regulation von Entzündungsprozessen. Ein gezielter EPA-Fokus kann ernährungsphysiologisch sinnvoll sein – insbesondere bei einseitiger Ernährung.
Ja – Omegaform® 375 EPA+ Konzentrat ist auf eine langfristige tägliche Einnahme ausgelegt. Omega-3-Fettsäuren sind essenzielle Nährstoffe und müssen regelmäßig zugeführt werden – am besten direkt in Form von Fisch oder hochwertigen Fischölen.
Das Epax®-Fischöl ist besonders rein. In der Regel ist der typische Nachgeschmack dadurch stark reduziert oder gar nicht wahrnehmbar.
