To support the maintenance of normal bones with Calcium, Vitamin D, and K.
Osteo-in-form®forte multi+ is ideal for acute and intensive support of bones, featuring Calcium as well as Vitamins D3 and K2. Enhanced effectiveness is achieved through higher dosages and additional ingredients. The included multi+ Vital Complex provides essential vitamins and minerals. As always with FormMed, the quality and composition are exceptional, using premium raw materials. The staggered intake (2 x 2-capsule principle) ensures a more even absorption over 24 hours.

4 capsules per day with a meal (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Contains Vitamin K (Consult your doctor before use if you are taking anticoagulant medications, such as Marcumar®). Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, on an empty stomach, or with other green tea products on the same day.
