Osteo-in-form® multi+ is our recommendation for preventive bone support with Calcium and Vitamins D3 and K2. The additional multi+ Vital Complex provides essential vitamins and minerals. Premium quality and composition are guaranteed with FormMed. The timed release (2-capsule principle) ensures a more even absorption over 24 hours.

2 capsules per day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, on an empty stomach, or with other green tea products on the same day. Contains Vitamin K (Consult your doctor before use if you are taking anticoagulant medications, such as Marcumar®).
