Darm-in-form Fibra Med is particularly suitable if you want to support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as the intestinal lining, with Vitamin B2. The supplement includes a special form of resistant starch to enhance fiber intake. This resistant starch reaches the large intestine largely unchanged, where it is available for fermentation by bacteria.

3 times a day: stir 8 g of powder (= approx. 1 heaped measuring scoop) into at least 200 ml of water or another drink and take with a meal.
Alternatively, the daily dose of 24 g (= approx. 3 heaped measuring scoops) can be taken with just one meal or spread over two meals.
To avoid initial bloating, it is advisable to introduce the supplement gradually, starting with 1 measuring scoop per day and increasing to 2 or 3 measuring scoop every 4–7 days.
Tip for those increasing their fibre intake: make sure you drink 2–3 litres a day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
