For consistent 24-hour effect of the “in-form” indication preparations

It is important for the treatment to be successful that micronutrients are available to the body evenly throughout the day and also at night. For a good effect, it is important that the metabolism is functioning properly at all times - and for this the body needs the appropriate substances. However, some vitamins or minerals are quickly excreted or lost in other ways, for example in the case of vitamin C via the urine. The reason: vitamin C is water-soluble. This also applies to B vitamins such as vitamin B1 or B2. The minerals zinc and magnesium are also continuously lost when you sweat.

That is why we have developed the FormMed 2 capsule principle or 2 x 2 capsule principle for an even 24-hour effect. With this, the daily dose of the preparation is divided into two or four capsules, which are taken in the morning and evening. This enables an even daily effective level around the clock. Almost all "in-form" indication preparations follow this principle - preparations such as Arthro-in-form®, which were specifically developed for a certain indication (area of application) and combine several micronutrients for this purpose.

In this way, we prevent the level of micronutrients in the blood from fluctuating significantly. The 24-hour effect means that micronutrients in the blood do not decrease significantly. The body therefore always has its "basic supply" of micronutrients and these can do their job. Of course, they also work well if you take the daily dose all at once. But only with the 2-capsule principle is the treatment success perfect around the clock.

It is different with active ingredient preparations (for example D-form® and C-form®). They usually contain a single nutrient that can be supplemented in a very targeted manner - for example if a deficiency has been identified or to optimize the effect. In this case, a "basic supply" is less important. By the way: The capsules are smaller thanks to the 2 capsule principle and are easier to swallow. Not an advantage that you can benefit from around the clock, but it is definitely a good thing for many people.
