Recommended use: Vital Broth can be drunk 2–3 times a day between meals as part of a normal diet when you feel hungry.
For each serving, stir 3–4 heaped teaspoons of Vital Broth (14 g) into 250 ml of hot water. If required, you can also add 1–2 extra teaspoons per serving.
