Recommended Use: The Vital Broth can be consumed 2–3 times daily between meals as part of a normal diet if feeling hungry.
Stir 3–4 heaping teaspoons (14 g) of Vital Broth into 250 ml of hot water per serving. If needed, you may also use 1–2 extra teaspoons per serving.
Rühren Sie pro Portion 3–4 gehäufte Teelöffel Vital-Brühe (14 g) in 250 ml heißes Wasser ein. Bei Bedarf können auch 1–2 Teelöffel mehr pro Portion genommen werden.
