B9-form® 400+ is ideal if you want folic acid in a standard dosage. Each capsule contains 400 µg of the vitamin, along with Vitamin B12. The folic acid is provided as premium folic acid Metafolin®, which is directly usable by the body without further conversion. This is advantageous because about half of people cannot adequately utilize the commonly used standard folic acid. A great example of the special raw materials used by FormMed!
