Sport-in-form® multi+:
Take 4 capsules per day with meals (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Sport-in-form® Elektrolyt Balance:
During endurance phases, take 2 capsules every hour with sufficient fluids. For intense physical activity, the intake can be increased to up to 6 capsules.
Creatinoform® 3.000+:
Once daily, stir 3.4 g of powder (= approx. 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) into water or juice and take on an empty stomach.
BCAA-form® 800+:
Take 2 capsules three times a day with or between meals. For training purposes: take 5 capsules about half an hour before training and 5 capsules immediately after training with some liquid.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
