Silizioform® 100+ contains 100 mg of silicon per capsule, derived from high-quality bamboo extract. Bamboo is rich in silicic acid and silicon, making it an excellent source of this essential trace element. The supplement is also enhanced with Biotin to support the maintenance of normal hair and skin, and Vitamin C to aid in normal collagen formation.
