Once a day: Mix 32 g powder (approx. 2 slightly heaped measuring spoons) in 250 ml water or prepare in a blender and drink.
Alternatively, the powder can also be stirred into plant-based drinks or milk (this will change the nutritional values).
Tip: For more variety in taste, the drink can be refined with cocoa powder, cinnamon, or espresso, for example, or pureed with fruit or fruit puree. The powder is also suitable as a protein-rich ingredient in smoothies or muesli.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
