Phytoform® Polyphenol Complex is ideal if you want a combination of secondary plant compounds from all major polyphenol groups. The standardized production ensures the highest quality—typical of FormMed!
Take 3-6 capsules per day with food (ideally 1-2 capsule in the morning, at midday, and in the evening) with some liquid.
Note: Consult with a doctor if you are taking medication. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
