Calcium and vitamin D are important for bone development. Vitamin D, calcium, and iodine support normal growth. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive development. Take 1 capsule per day with food.
Tip: Open the capsule and mix the contents into a cold food (e.g., yogurt). Consume this food immediately.
Ensure an adequate intake of the essential minerals calcium and magnesium through mineral water, food, or dietary supplements.
