The high-dose multi+ Vital Complex in Multi-in-form® Frau 65+forte offers you high-quality vitamins and nutrients that optimally complement your diet – precisely tailored to your needs as a woman over 65. Ideal if your therapist has recommended a high-dose preparation to address slight nutrient deficiencies. The Secondary Plant Substance Complex (SPX®) delivers a cross-section of the colorful diversity of plant-based nutrition with 9 highly concentrated extracts from secondary plant substances: red to brown with tomato, pomegranate, and cocoa; blue to green with grapes, blueberries, and olives; and yellow-orange with lutein (e.g., found in corn), oranges, and turmeric. Special raw materials also ensure the exceptionally high quality – typical FormMed!
Take 2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Please ensure an adequate intake of the macronutrients calcium and magnesium through mineral water, food, or supplements.
Note: Contains Vitamin K, which can affect the effectiveness of blood thinners (e.g., Marcumar®).
