Due to its high swelling capacity, Glucomannan can expand its volume up to 50 times, aiding in satiation in the stomach. Additionally, Glucomannan helps maintain a normal cholesterol level in the blood (4,000 mg per day ≙ 8 capsules).
6 capsules per day: Take 2 capsules in the morning, 2 at midday, and 2 in the evening before meals with 1–2 glasses of water.
If needed, the intake can be increased to 8 capsules = 4,000 mg.
Note: Due to the high water-absorbing capacity of glucomannan, there is a risk of choking for individuals with swallowing difficulties or inadequate fluid intake. Drink at least 1 glass of water per capsule to ensure glucomannan reaches the stomach. Maintain a minimum 2-hour gap between taking medications. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, on an empty stomach, or with other green tea products on the same day.
