Magnesioform® Citrate (powder) offers pure magnesium citrate as organically bound magnesium and thus a high bioavailability. In addition, the magnesium compound contained has an alkaline effect, i.e. it neutralizes acids. The powder form is ideal for anyone who does not like swallowing capsules. Like all FormMed magnesium preparations, it contains no excipients - a sign of premium quality.

Stir 1-2 g of powder (= approx. 1-2 measuring spoons) into water per day. After a short standing time, the powder dissolves in the water.
Note:Magnesium can have a laxative effect in higher doses. If you take 2 measuring spoons, it is best to take them throughout the day.
