Leber-in-form Fat Balance is particularly suitable if you want to support the liver's fat metabolism with choline, always in the highest quality and formulation with special raw materials.
1–2 times a day, stir 14 g of powder (= 2 level measuring spoons) into a glass of water and take before or with a meal.
Alternatively, the powder can be mixed into Vital Shakes/Vital Shakes Premium from FormMed. This increases the consistency of the shakes and may lead to a slight taste deviation. Fruity flavors are best suited.
Due to the increased fiber intake, please ensure adequate fluid intake (at least 2–3 liters/day).
Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, those under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or in combination with other green tea products on the same day.
