Electrolyte-in-form Drink is a combination of the minerals sodium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. The drink serves to compensate for electrolyte losses due to endurance sports, heavy sweating, or other increased excretion. The magnesium is contained as magnesium malate – this form has less of a laxative effect and is therefore more suitable for sensitive intestines. The pleasant lime-mint flavor makes it easier to take the sugar-free electrolyte complex, and the practical sticks are ideal for on the go.

Take 1 capsule per day with food.
When exercising or sweating heavily, drink in sips over 30–60 minutes. If you are experiencing increased bowel movements (e.g., when traveling), drink over several hours.
