The supplement, made with high-quality ingredients, contains high doses of L-Lysine in particularly pure quality from fermentative production, making it suitable for vegans as well!
2 capsules per day with meals (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening). If needed, increase the intake to 6 capsules per day, taking 3 doses of 2 capsules spread throughout the day.
Note: At the same time, follow a diet low in arginine. L-arginine is abundantly found in seeds, nuts, and legumes.
