Take 4 capsules per day with food (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or with the consumption of other green tea products on the same day. Contains Vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), only take in consultation with your doctor.)
