Haar-in-form forte is exactly right if you want a high-dosage zinc supplement for healthy hair and nails, but are already taking another supplement with the multi+ Vital Complex. With its higher dosage and additional ingredients, it's ideal if you seek a supplement with extra strong effects. Best quality and composition are a given with any FormMed product.
