Darm-in-form Flora® Fibra 3 is a powdered supplement that combines at least 20 billion (20 x 109) viable microorganisms per daily serving from 11 bacterial strains with a fiber complex made up of three soluble fibers: acacia fiber, inulin, and maize dextrin (Nutriose®). This natural fiber is derived from maize, is tasteless, and is considered a valuable indigestible component of plant-based nutrition. Soluble fibers mostly pass unchanged into the large intestine, where they serve as a food source for the resident bacteria. You can mix this high-quality powder into soups, broths, cereals, and yogurts.
2 measuring spoons per day: in the morning and evening, stir 6.1 g of powder (= approx. 1 measuring spoon) into at least 200 ml of water. The powder can also be stirred into other cold and warm liquids or foods such as soup, broth, muesli, or yoghurt as desired.
To avoid initial bloating, it is recommended to start with a gradual intake, beginning with half a measuring spoon and increasing by half a measuring spoon every two days.
For slightly better bacterial survival, let the powder rest for about 10 minutes after stirring.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
