Darm-in-formFlora® direct is particularly suitable if you want to support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as the intestinal mucosa, with Vitamin B2 quickly and effectively. Take 1–2 capsules per day with food.
For swallowing difficulties: Open the enteric-coated capsule, let the contents rest in water or milk (not hot) or yoghurt for 10 minutes, and then take with food. This increases the survival rate of the bacteria.
Note: Not suitable for persons with venous catheters or fragile health.
