Additionally, it contains at least 13 billion microorganisms from three bacterial strains and the yeast S. boulardii. 1–3 capsules spread throughout the day or taken all at once with food.
For swallowing difficulties: Open the enteric-coated capsule, let the contents rest in water or milk (not hot) or yoghurt for 10 minutes, and then take with food. This increases the survival rate of the bacteria.
Note: Not suitable for persons with venous catheters or fragile health.
