Darm-in-form multi+: Take 2 capsules per day with meals (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).*
Darm-in-form Flora® Komplex: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal.
Darm-in-form Fibra Med: Stir 1 heaped measuring spoon (8 g powder) into 200 ml of liquid and take with each of the three main meals daily.
*Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or in combination with other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K (If you are taking anticoagulant medication, e.g. Marcumar®, consult your doctor before use).
