D-form® 3,500+ is our recommendation when you want to gradually correct a proven mild deficiency, with a dosage of 3,500 IU. The included pantothenic acid supports normal vitamin D metabolism. It is well-suited if you are already taking vitamin K2 with another supplement or need to avoid vitamin K2 because you are on a blood thinner (e.g., Marcumar®).
