Carniform® 500+ combines 500 mg of L-Carnitine with Vitamins B12 and Niacin. For L-Carnitine, FormMed uses premium plant-based L-Carnitine from Switzerland: Carnipure®. Take 2 capsules per day with meals (best to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening), with some liquid.
