Basoform® organic D3/K2 contains organically bound minerals, which are particularly well absorbed. The complex is supplemented with vitamins D3 and K2. The supplement is suitable for long-term use and is ideal if you are not yet taking Vitamin K2 through another product. For Vitamin K2, FormMed uses the natural form MK-7—the subform with the highest bioavailability, stability, and purity!
4 – 6 capsules per day either all at once or spread throughout the day (2 x 2 or 2 x 3 capsules) with some fluid.
