B12-form® mouth spray is ideal if you want high doses of vitamin B12 in its natural, active form. When used orally as a mouth spray, the vitamin B12 is absorbed through the oral mucosa. The best quality goes without saying with a FormMed preparation.

Use 1 spray (= approx. 0.2 ml) per day in the mouth. Shake well before use. Press the spray head three times before first use. Clean the spray head after each use.
