Depending on body weight:
- approx. 50 kg: 17 g powder (2 measuring spoons) in 500 ml water
- approx. 75 kg: 21 g powder (3 measuring spoons) in 750 ml water
- approx. 100 kg: 34 g powder (4 measuring spoons) in 1.000 ml water
Mix in 1,000 ml of water or prepare in a blender and drink on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating). If necessary, the daily portion can also be spread throughout the day.
note: Note: A slightly bitter, sulfurous aftertaste is characteristic of the amino acids contained in the product. For a better taste, stir into cold water, sparkling water, or orange juice.
