Once a day: mix 35 g of powder (approx. 2 slightly heaped measuring scoops) into 250 ml of water or prepare in a blender and drink.
Alternatively, the powder can also be stirred into a plant-based drink or milk (this will alter the nutritional values).
Tipp: For more variety in flavour, the drink can, for example, be enhanced with cocoa powder, cinnamon or espresso, or blended with fruit or fruit purée. The powder is also ideal as a protein-rich ingredient in smoothies or muesli.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
