Once a day: mix 35 g of powder (approx. 2 slightly heaped measuring scoops) into 250 ml of water or prepare in a blender and drink.
Alternatively, the powder can also be stirred into a plant-based drink or milk (this will alter the nutritional values).
Tip: For more variety in flavour, the drink can be enhanced with, for example, honey, cocoa powder, cinnamon or espresso, or blended with fruit or fruit purée. The powder is also ideal as a protein-rich ingredient in smoothies, muesli or soups.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
