During a course of antibiotics: take 1–2 capsules a day with a meal, leaving a gap of 2–3 hours between taking the capsules and the antibiotics.
Followed by at least 2 weeks: take 1–2 capsules a day with a meal.
Note: Not suitable for people with serious illnesses, a weakened immune system or a central venous catheter.
