Magnesioform® 400 ultra is our recommendation if you need a very high-dose yet cost-effective magnesium supplement at 400 mg. Despite the high dosage, it is easy to swallow due to its use of the inorganic magnesium compound magnesium oxide. This compound is very small, has a high magnesium content, and thus does not require large capsules. As with all FormMed magnesium supplements, it contains no excipients – a hallmark of premium quality.
