Magnesioform® 150 Citrat provides magnesium in the form of highly bioavailable magnesium citrate. Additionally, the magnesium compounds have a basic effect, neutralizing acids. Like all FormMed magnesium products, it contains no excipients – a mark of premium quality.

Take 1–2 capsules a day with a meal, with plenty of liquid.
Note: Magnesium can have a laxative effect at higher doses. If taking 2 capsules, spread them out over the course of the day.
