Take 4 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Contains EGCG: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
