Twice a day: stir 5.0 g of powder (= approx. 1 measuring scoop) into at least 200 ml of water and consume immediately. If possible, slowly drink another glass of water afterwards.
The powder can also be stirred into other drinks and foods, such as muesli or yoghurt, as desired.
To avoid initial bloating, it is advisable to introduce the product gradually, starting with 1 measuring scoop and increasing to 2 measuring scoops after 4–7 days. In the long term, taking 1 measuring scoop per day may be sufficient.
Tip for those increasing their fibre intake: make sure you drink 2–3 litres a day.
Please note: The powder has a high swelling capacity. It is normal for it to thicken after standing for a short time.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
