Depending on body weight:
- approx. 50 kg: 17 g powder (2 measuring scoops) in 500 ml water
- approx. 75 kg: 21 g powder (3 measuring scoops) in 750 ml water
- approx. 100 kg: 34 g powder (4 measuring scoops) in 1,000 ml water
Stir or prepare in a shaker and drink on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal). If necessary, the daily portion can also be spread throughout the day.
Note: A slightly bitter, sulphurous aftertaste is characteristic of the amino acids it contains. For a better taste, stir into cold water, sparkling water or orange juice.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
